Executive and Clinician Coaching

Coaching You Engage. Confidentiality You Control.

The sponsor, participant, and Accord establish goals and reporting boundaries before work starts. Sponsorship does not automatically give the employer access to session content. Accord's individual practice works the other way. You engage us, you pay us, and nothing leaves the conversation without your authorization.

The Difference That Matters

Employer sponsored coaching: the organization sets the objective, the organization receives progress reporting, and the engagement ends when the organization decides it does.

Accord individual coaching: you set the objective, no one else receives anything, and the engagement runs as long as it is useful to you.

Coaching for the Person Behind the Role

Work on motivation, constructive disagreement, career and personal commitments, and sustainable practices for demanding roles. Prepare for conversations with peers, supervisors, direct reports, and a spouse or significant other about work schedules, relocation, and career choices. The work remains non-clinical and does not include psychotherapy or couples counseling.

Ongoing coaching provides a regular setting to review decisions, practice conversations, and follow through on goals. The agreement defines the schedule, scope, and monthly fee. Discuss ongoing coaching

Who This Is for

Healthcare executives carrying a decision, a board relationship, or a performance conversation they cannot discuss inside their own organization.

Physicians moving into leadership who are finding that clinical credibility does not automatically convert into authority.

Clinicians and leaders at a decision point

a move, a promotion, an offer, or a question about staying in clinical practice at all.

What We Bring

Accord's principals held the roles you are in, or the roles you report to. We have run the performance conversation from the other chair, sat through the board session, and made the call you are weighing.

WHAT COACHING IS NOT

Coaching addresses professional performance, leadership, and career decisions. It is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or clinical care, and it is not a substitute for either. Accord Health Advisors does not provide clinical services. If our work together suggests that clinical support would help, we will say so and help you find it.
