Institutional Advisory
For Attorneys, Board Members, and Trusted Advisors
Accord is referral led. Most engagements arrive through someone who already had the client's trust and reached the limit of what their own tools could do.
When to Refer
Legal tools are available but will not resolve the underlying situation.
The situation needs interpersonal and strategic work at the same time.
Multiple stakeholders are involved and institutional exposure is real.
Your client needs documentation suitable for a board conversation.
What Happens Next
A senior advisor contacts your client directly, usually within one business day. Any update to the referrer, including whether an engagement proceeds, follows the client's authorization. Referrals carry the same confidentiality standard as direct engagements.
Referral Language
I am working with a client on a sensitive leadership situation in healthcare. Accord Health Advisors is a firm that handles this kind of engagement with discretion and senior-level expertise.
Conflict and Fee Position
Accord does not pay for referrals and does not share in legal fees.
Accord runs a conflict check before any matter and maintains a written separation between institutional engagements and individual representation.
If a referral creates a conflict, we say so immediately and refer it on.
