Contract Negotiation and Compensation Advisory

For Attorneys

We work alongside attorneys handling physician, advanced practice, and executive employment matters. Here is what people usually want to know first.

What Do You Do That We Do Not?

Accord contributes compensation model analysis, operational context, and preparation of business questions alongside counsel's legal review.

How Would We Work Together?

The client may engage Accord separately. A proposed attorney-directed consulting arrangement requires a written scope and review of the applicable professional requirements. Counsel determines whether any protection applies to communications or work product.

Do You Pay for Referrals?

No. We do not pay for referrals and we do not share in legal fees. Where we work as a subcontractor we bill an agreed rate for defined work product, and nothing is contingent on the outcome of your matter.

What If Our Firm Represents the Employer?

Tell us and we will run a conflict check before anything starts. Accord keeps a written separation between institutional engagements and individual representation, and we decline rather than work around a conflict.

Are You a Law Firm?

No. Our principals are former hospital and health system executives, not attorneys. We do not appear for clients, draft operative legal language, or advise on enforceability.

DISCLAIMER

Accord Health Advisors is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Our principals are healthcare executives, not attorneys. When a matter calls for legal judgment we will say so and can refer you to healthcare counsel in your state.
