An engagement can be paid in full at the outset or through an agreed monthly payment schedule. We discuss the available options with you, including when you are entering practice or managing a career transition.
What the Fee Covers
Preparation, including employer research and the question list.
Full contract and compensation analysis.
Negotiation strategy and support through the exchange.
Support for the life of the agreement, including questions about how you are being paid.
What We Do Not Do
We do not take a percentage of your compensation.
We do not accept referral fees from employers, recruiters, or search firms, so no one is paying us to like your offer.
We do not pay for referrals and we do not share in legal fees.
Renewals are quoted separately rather than billed as an extension.
