Our Confidentiality Commitment
We treat everything you share as confidential and do not disclose it without your authorization, except where the law requires disclosure. Accord is not a law firm, and these conversations do not carry legal privilege.
Sponsored and Institutional Engagements
Where a third party, such as an employer, sponsor, or institution, is involved in arranging or paying for an engagement, the participant, sponsor, and Accord agree on reporting boundaries before work begins. Sponsorship does not automatically give a sponsor access to session or engagement content.
