Contract Negotiation and Compensation Advisory
Compensation Review and Reconciliation
You signed the agreement. The question is whether you are being paid what it says.
The Thesis
Accord compares available compensation records with the documented payment model and agreed assumptions. We identify possible discrepancies, explain the calculations, and help you prepare a clear inquiry to your employer or counsel. A review may find no discrepancy.
What We Review
Charge capture is incomplete, so work you did never enters the calculation.
Modifier handling does not match the work actually performed.
Credit posts on a schedule unrelated to when the work was done, which moves income across measurement periods.
Attribution logic was configured years ago, for a different service line, and was never revisited.
For executives
plan metrics are restated mid-year, weightings are applied differently than the plan document describes, or discretionary adjustments are made without the documentation the plan requires.
Who It Is for
Any professional whose pay depends on a calculation somebody else performs. Clinicians under productivity, incentive, quality, or value-based arrangements, and executives under annual or long-term incentive plans, whether the agreement is one year old or ten. You do not need to suspect anything specific to request a review.
What You Receive
You receive a written reconciliation identifying the records reviewed, assumptions, calculations, open questions, and any differences found. Incomplete records or ambiguous terms may limit conclusions. We help you prepare clear questions for your employer or counsel; legal interpretation and disputed entitlements remain with counsel. Some reviews find no discrepancy. The service does not guarantee that every error will be found or that additional compensation will be recovered.
Annual Monitoring
Compensation errors repeat, because the underlying configuration does not change on its own. Annual monitoring re-runs the reconciliation each year against the current agreement and the current plan year.
